I recently enjoyed a night in a Deluxe Room, and the ambiance was delightful. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my birthday celebration was special, with excellent food that truly impressed. The complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar were a nice touch, but I think there should be a better system for reserving dining space to avoid the wait during busy times.

Consider enjoying a meal on the outdoor terrace garden. it adds a lovely ambiance to your dining experience.

The bathrooms need a serious overhaul, with cleanliness and water pressure issues!!! Those communal hallways are tired and in desperate need of cleaning—such a letdown for a place with such potential!!!

I had a fantastic dining experience! The crispy beef and watermelon were superb, and the cherry bakewell cheesecake was to die for. The food was just on another level!

Our family had an unforgettable wedding celebration here! The staff went above and beyond, anticipating our needs. The venue was stunning, and guests were treated to a delightful array of dishes that impressed everyone. Don’t miss out on the cozy outdoor dining area on chilly evenings.

The room had a nice, spacious layout with a large comfy bed and sofa, which was perfect for relaxing. Lighting could’ve been better for makeup, though. The shower controls were a bit confusing. it took a while to figure them out. No air conditioning, but a Dyson fan was there, which was nice on a cool night. it felt cozy and clean but some quirks kept it from being perfect.

we previously stayed in dedham and had a delightful experience, but this time, during our wedding stay, the atmosphere and service exceeded all expectations. the staff went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches that made our celebration special. our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat for our wedding night.

I had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast with lots of choices and the beautiful ambiance that made it feel special during my stay. The hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Dedham Parish Church and the picturesque Flatford Mill, perfect for anyone who loves a good city stroll and park views.

I truly enjoyed the elegant decor and atmospheric charm of the main areas, which were not only inviting but also accessible for seniors. The seating arrangements provided comfort and ease for all guests, ensuring a delightful experience.

The ambiance was welcoming, and the terrace garden was delightful, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. The staff was attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty, and the food presentation was beautiful, especially the cherry bakewell cheesecake that was a highlight of our visit.
